  Something isn’t working and it isn’t allowing me customize my new theme

  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?
  What theme have you installed?
  What exactly do you need to change on your website?

  Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  I’m currently using libre 2 and the section to customize the theme is blank and doesn’t want to load for some reason. I haven’t had the issue before.

  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?
  Does your whole customization side bar appear blank and does not load? Even in different browser?
  Could you please make a screenshot to see what is going on?

  To post an image here in the forum, there are few simple steps:
  1) Create a screen shot, in case necessary here is a manual: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/;
  2) „Host“ that screenshot somewhere. There are a lot of options to choose where to place a picture: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/#sharing-your-screenshot. I personally prefer https://snipboard.io/ to crop, edit and save the image on the web.
  3) Show the image in the forum post using this snippet: <img src="URL_COPIED_FROM_SNIPBOARD">. This snippet is also shown here in forum under the post entering screen in light green box.
