Customizing theme

    I am creating a blog for a devotion. When I chose the Goran theme, there were originally three buttons on the bottom that went to Contacts, About Me, and Blog (which I wanted to change to ‘Devotions’). There was also a line of menu options of the same name at the top of the page. They suddenly disappeared and I cannot for the life of me bring them back! Help please!
