Customizing theme only see option Widgets

Hi,
After I deleted the WebLizar Facebook plugin, install and configure Jetpack to show the Facebook widget, when I go to Appearance–Customize, it only shows ‘Widgets’. I no longer have access to the logo, slogan, edit css, etc…Any help would be great
