Customizing themes

  I selected one theme (Apostrophe) but it’s still stuck with Brompton and I don’t know why. It’s allowing me to customize, but the home page remains the same format.

  That site is currently on the Pique theme and displaying the Pique theme.

  That’s weird. I did try to use other themes but from my end, only the theme name sticks but it doesn’t look anywhere like the chosen theme. I can send a screenshot, just in case.

  You’re now set on the Stow theme. If you want it to look like the Demo follow the instructions at https://wordpress.com/theme/stow The problem is that you haven’t enough of your own content published yet for a theme to work with so demo images from previous themes will carry over until you delete them and add your own,
