Customizing tool

  I chose a theme for my blog and I wanted to customize it. But, when I press the customize button, after a few seconds, I get an error message reading; ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly’. I keep pressing Try again and keep getting the same message. This happens on the computer app as well as in my browser.

  Hi there!

  Did you try another browser?
  If you are using Google Chrome please try the Incognito Window.

  Sometimes it’ll happen when your Flash is out of date, WordPress.com doesn’t use it, but I’ve seen some issues when the Flash plugin is out of date.
