Customizing tools are not loading

  It seems that the problem was solved, but I was unable to commit font, color, CSS changes and access some theme options that are in the custom design area (like in the new theme Writr).

  @radtrad, you will need the upgrade in order to commit those changes. Without Custom Design you can only preview them.

  You should however be able to use theme-specific options for free themes.

  I know that, but the problem was with the preview (in my case).

  @radtrad: Are you still unable to preview any of these custom design features on your blog when you have Writr or other themes selected, or is that resolved? Could you please clarify what issues you are still having, and take a screenshot for what you see, and upload it to your media library?http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

  @kreatyves it looks like the Customizer is working again for me. Can you try it yourself and let me know how it goes?

  Hello again Jackiedana.

  The customiser now appears. However, if I try to make a change, I do see a preview. In particular customising my font is proving extremely difficult. It seems I can only preview the changes made if I refresh my page. Maybe you noticed that too??

  Radtrad I think we are talking about different issues!

  @kreatyves, can you please take a screenshot for what you’re seeing when you try to use the customizer, and upload it to your media library? It would also help to know if this problem is replicated in other browsers such as Firefox or Chrome, so please try using the Customizer there as well, and let me know if anything changes.
