customizing wordpress – how difficult?

  This will be my first time around using wordpress as a CMS. It will need to look like this once completed: http://in-toronto-web-design.ca/clients/power/drafts/index6.php

  How difficult will this task be? I am fluent in xhtml/php. I’m just looking for the easiest and fastest way to accomplish this.

  http://wordpress.org/support is the software support site. That’s probably where you need to be. These forums are for blogs hosted here at wordpress.com. This is covered in the Please Read Me First at the head of the forums here.
