Customizing your site

  When I click on ‘Customize your Site’ it takes me to another page where nothing happens. J’s Musings is off to the left with ‘widgets’ underneath but nothing loads on the page. I’ve cleared my cache. Not sure what else to do.

  The site I need help with is thislifelivedasme.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  This forum is for sites hosted with WordPress .com

  Bluehost uses software from WordPress.org

  Since your site seems to be hosted with Bluehost you will need to get help at Bluehost.

  If you have not posted in that forum please create an account in that forum before posting.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities, and things do not work the same on each of those versions.

  If Bluehost is not able to help you please use the WordPress.org forum for help.

  You will need to create an account there to be able to use that forum.

  Hi @sweetiej1962 – Hopefully you are making your way over to WordPress.org for support with this. Before you go, can you let us know the computer operating system and web browser you are using? For example, are you using Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge? Thanks!
