Customoze view not working

    Does anyone know why my blog looks different in “customize” mode than in “actual” mode?

    when in edit mode the logo sits above the text, but when in non-edit mode the logo is over the text.

    I am curious why this is and if it is fixable?

    If you’re using a responsive theme, the layout can look somewhat different in the customize view because your layout is adjusting to the smaller window due to the customize sidebar being available.

    If you adjust your the size of your browser window when not in the customize view do you see the same thing?
