cut & paste problem with comments

Some of my readers are suddenly unable to cut and paste from previous comments to which they want to directly respond. I logged out and was able to do it but others can’t. Anyone having this problem?

what exactly is the problem in the c & p part? it shouldn’t be a problem with your blog; perhaps it’s their browser or computer problem?

From what I understand, some readers say they can no longer cut and paste comments from my blog into the comment field in order to directly respond.
This has never been a problem before and when I logged out and tried it I had no problem. Since no one else is complaining it must be a problem outside wordpress.com. It’s bizarre so I thought I’d ask.
