    Hello

    Today i have seen the new payment which is £49 , i haven’t subscribed before could you cancel the payment and refund for me please and thanks.

    Hi @saudiebangor39, sure thing. Do you want to cancel the domain as well as the plan? If you cancel the domain it won’t be available again anytime soon, even with another provider, so if you do intend to use it you’ll want to transfer it instead.
