Cutline: Random Header Image option
-
I recently went to the Cutline website, read, and copied a code to add random header images to my blog so then when readers go to different pages on my blog, they see different header images each time. I’ve asked this question there but haven’t received a response yet and I was wondering if anyone here might know…Is this an option any Cutline theme user can put to use on their blog, or must I (we) upgrade so that CSS can be altered? Thank you

Ophilia, is your blog hosted at WordPress.com, because the answer is going to be totally different if it isn’t. It’s easier if you go to your Profile and make sure your name is linked to your blog. Then we can answer right away.

raincoaster–Yes, my blog is hosted here. It’s http://www.deadliestreports.wordpress.com
The thread from sulz is a little over my head plus it looks like I would have to upgrade to access CSS customization. Is that the only way to have random header images? Thanks again. -
That is the only way to have random header images on a WordPress.com blog at the moment.

Thanks raincoaster, good to know. I’ll have to keep a list of features I can add should I make the jump. Merci

Could sit at your computer 24/7 and just upload new header images every 15 minutes. :)
Or do like I used to do with my avatar and just change it every day.

You’ve got to be kidding, right? ;)
Actually I change my blog headers every 2 days or so and it only takes moments to do.
