Cutting a post

  Quick question – I’m new to WordPress and have checked the FAQ and searched on here, but couldn’t find anything.

  Basically I’ve been silly and written a very long post, which now kind of breaks the flow. Is it possible to cut that in normal view to a couple of paragraphs and hide the rest behind a “Read More”, similar to the lj-cut feature on livejournal?

  If you want to customize the More… link, use this:

  Also, if you’re using the Rich Editor (on by default) there is a button that does it for you. It’s in the toolbar.

  There’s a ‘more’ button in the normal editor as well.
