Cutting out phishing program
-
The blog in question is [removed by staff].com/health. I was notified by Google that a phishing program was working through my blog. I confirmed it was using my xml-rpc writing capability to do so – and I shut it down for a couple of days. Problem is that now every time I enable xml-rpc the illegal connection resumes immediately. How can I get rid of it – as I need to use the xml-rpc writing ability? I cannot use an IP because it changes all the time. Thanks
Tony

Wrong forum my friend. You need to inquire at wordpress.ORG as the supportbot suggests since they are the keepers of the software you are using.

Moderators, could you please remove the URLs to the blog since it was cracked by phishers and we don’t want anyone getting caught?
