I just wanted to know some things about it like: which plugins it supports; and if it’s seo friendly.
It’s made by automattic, which says a lot. Still, can’t be too careful.

I think you are asking about the this theme, https://wordpress.org/themes/cyanotype/. Correct?
You can use that with WordPress.com’s business plan. The business plan is needed to upload a theme and plugins.
