d3 plug-in for my blog

  Hi,

  I was wondering if you could help me figure out how I can install this plug in in my blog https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-d3/ . I’m not sure if to install 3rd party plug-ins I have to host the wordpress on a different server (at the moment i’m using wordpress.com to create the blog) .

  Yes, you would have to self-host to use that plugin, or any other plugin other than the ones already included with WordPress.COM site.
