Daily Traffic Stats

  Thanks, in advance, for all the wonderful support you guys provide. Much appreciated!

  QUESTION: When I go to My Site > Stats > Traffic and select Days, I have noticed that my stats (views, visitors, like and comments) begin a new day at 4:00pm Pacific instead of midnight. I am in California, USA. Is there a reason for this? Is it something that I can and/or should change to midnight? If so, how/where?

  I am not very sure, but I think this might have something to do with your site’s timezone. Open Settings on your WordPress.com site’s dashboard (you should see it on the left sidebar) and you should be able to see “Site timezone” there. You can configure the timezone here and it might help record your stats right.

  Thanks strikebuys. I think that was it. Mine was set to UTC+0 I think. I reset to Los Angeles time and will check/test stats today at 4:00pm local time.
