DailyMotion WP advice fails!

How to post a DailyMotion video here:

Does not work.
This is the URL of the video:
As you can see, it does not have the string of numbers WP expects.
Posting the URL into the Videos area and doing Send To Editor makes WP churn and churn and go nowhere.
Is the only alternative using vodpod?

Ah, I see. Too bad there’s no way they can spread that info around. It would have saved me from posting.

orvab is incorrect. You have misunderstood the instructions. Not all of the Embed code shows at once, but you must copy it all and trawl through it for the information you require. In this case, that is:

Hmmmm… but what you have just posted there doesn’t lead to the video!
At any rate, this was a one time thing, posting from DailyMotion. I used vodpod. It worked for a while, now the video doesn’t appear, so I added a note telling people to click on the URL vodpod lists at the left bottom of where the video should be.
From now on, I’ll stick to YouTube, Google, and Veoh. (Although I did use vodpod to post a WoozyFly video and that did go well.)
