damaged export file

  hello wordpress … I exported 2 versions of my blog yesterday. I received 2 seperate links for download/’re importing, those emails were deleted. I downloaded both links and have tried importing the files on behalf of a friend of mine, or several, needing legal aid. The files are not uploading properly. I receive an error that the file is damaged/unimportable. Could you resend both exported links. it would be the first export link sent yesterday Nov. 27 2016 around 11:30 am, that I need. Thankyou sincerely.
