damaged export files

    hello, I exported my website twice several days ago, it has not been one week yet … on the 27th of November. you aided me with this issue about a month ago and thankyou, it took only a day for you to get back to me. I received fast, expert and guided support from one of your staff members, I am deeply grateful for the help he and WordPress gave me. I’m wondering if he might be available to aid me again. the links to the export files, in two separate emails, are both uploading as damaged files. could you resend the emails as fast as possible. also, if wordpress or the man who aided me received any negative attention regarding these damaged files, please be assured I had no issues nor doubts nor blame regarding those working with me through WordPress. I wrote you several days ago, there should be a ticket for this current issue, however I have not received a response nor emails with links to any export file. I really appreciate your help, sincerely, Jennifer Pittman

    When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.     To clarify, the files you exported before are not working if you’re trying to import them to another site?

    Can you please give me the URL of the site you’re exporting from, as well as the URL of the site to which you’re importing?
