Hello there,
You can get a refund by entering Manage Purchase. Select the subscription and then click on cancel. You will get a refund for your plan if it has not passed 30 days from the purchase and 48hs for new domains.

I have reviewed the account and can see $255.00 was refunded on 2019-06-19 . It can take up to ten days for you to get that money. Of course, every bank has individual processing times. If you experience a delay it’d be worth asking them when the money will be released in to your individual account.
