Dara Image Assistance

I just created my website and unfortunately I am having an issue trying to define image sizes. I don’t see an area where I can define the size of the image for a featured post on the home page as well as the image size when the post is clicked. It uses the same image, but of course the post and home page have different preferred image sizes (height and width). Can someone let me know where these attributes can be adjusted?

I wanted to clarify- do you want to change the dimensions of the images as they show on your website? Or you want to get the dimensions required by the theme you use?

I know the dimensions (I believe) however it only allows me to upload a single image for two different image sizes. For instance, the About, Contact, Page image is 1180×780 however after clicking the image and going to the page, the same image requires a size of 1180×435. I don’t see where I can upload two different sized images for the same post / content. Does this make sense?
