I was just curious if it was possible to add a background image, as opposed to a color in your theme. I was going to demo it, but right now I’m trying a different theme and honestly not sure I’m enjoying it. I chose it due to it’s flexibility and amount of customization that I had yet to find with any other, but might try yours if I have the option for a background image and customizing colors. Thank you!!

Hi @timelessradiance
All good — I really appreciate you sharing your question!
Yes, the Dara theme does support a background image! You can add one by going to:
Appearance → Customize → Colors & Backgrounds
From there, you can upload an image or choose a background color that fits your style.I was able to add it to my own test site, and the background image displayed as expected.
The Dara theme also gives you a lot of flexibility with featured images, custom templates, and front-page options — so it might be a great fit if you’re looking for something more customizable.
The full theme guide is available when you preview Dara in the theme showcase — there’s a lot of helpful info there:

Thank you SO much!! I greatly appreciate your reply and going above and beyond what I asked! I think I’m just going to end up using the Dara Theme, then, because the one I’m using currently I’m noticing isn’t working as well as I would like for the med spa.
If you’re interested, I can later share the site once I’m finished.

You’re very welcome! I’m really glad that helped.
The Dara theme sounds like a great choice for your site. I’d love to see how it turns out, so feel free to share the link whenever you’re ready.
