  Hi, I’m trying to upload a logo that I created with Canava but when I attempt to upload it, it looks like its greatly darkened and then it asks me to crop it but then I can’t crop it manually. I select the crop button then it will say there was an error with image and unable to crop then it won’t save it to my images. Any advice?

  Could you please upload the file directly to your media library so I can do some tests with it? Go to My Sites > Media > Add.

  Hi, thanks for your quick response! So I went to the media under my site to see if the image was uploaded previously and it looks like there’s 5 design images from when I attempted to upload my canva logo earlier.

  Ah, I see the problem. The logo needs to be a JPG or PNG format, but you’ve uploaded PDF. Could you try converting your logo to one of the first two formats and re-uploading it?
