Dara theme not responsive

  Hello, I am using the Dara theme for my site. The theme says it is mobile responsive and I can preview this from my desktop within WordPress. However, when I view the actual website from a mobile device, it is not loading in responsive format. Definitely not my phone as I have tested from multiple mobile devices. Please may you investigate? Thank you!
