Dara theme not showing site title or a site preview

When I add the hyperlink to facebook, or example, it states “NO TITLE” even though I have a title and the preview for the site appears to be an old image uploaded years ago rather than the logo or header. If I made a change and didn’t realize it, I don’t know what it was or how to correct the problem
