Dara Theme – Testimonials on Front Page Length

  Hi,
  I have a number of testimonials from clients that I want to post to my site, but they are very lengthy. The Dara theme puts three testimonials on the front page. So far it’s putting the ENTIRE content of the testimonial there underneath the featured image. What I would like to do is:
  1. Have the entire content of the testimonial on it’s own page (this is what occurs now)
  2. Instead of the entire content of the testimonial, display only an excerpt on the front page – say, the first paragraph. I could tweak the testimonial’s full text so what I want to appear on the front page is in the first paragraph.
  Is this possible with CSS? (I am on the Premium plan).

  If this is too hard to do, how can I eliminate the testimonials from the front page altogether, and just have a testimonials archive?

  Hi there, you can add the More Tag to your testimonials. It is best to put it as its own paragraph and not inside of another paragraph.
