  Hello…the other day, I renewed my blog domain name & sight for 2021. At the same time I changed my email address. I used to use google as my web browser, now it does not work and have changed to Chrome. Now I cannot log on to my sight and I cannot find my dash board.   …WTH is going on with your people…your sight is really F’d up…can’t do anything and getting NO HELP! A few days ago, I renewed for a year…I want a refund…service/help/assistance is TERRIBLE!!! Contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) ASAP!!!

  I see a post with todays date on that site. Did you realise you just needed to log in to the correct account? If you now have access to the correct fairlyhonestbob account you can get a refund for your plan under “manage purchases” but may be too late to get a refund on the cost of your domain.

  Hi Bob – I see the renewal for fairlyhonestbob.com – that’s in good standing and working as it should.

  Now, we need to help you regain login access to your site because you changed browsers and aren’t able to get back in. I’ve been there and it can be extremely frustrating.

  At your next earliest convenience, can you send an email to our account recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com.

  *In that email* can you let them know two things:

  1. That you are the owner.
  2. And provide the “Transaction ID” from the receipt of your recen domain renewal (which should have arrived at your email. Here’s how to find the Transaction ID.

  It’s a hoop to jump through, but we take account security very seriously and wouldn’t want anyone logging into your account that you did not authorize. Hopefully this can get things wrapped up fairly quickly.

  Lastly, it’s important to remain professional and kind in the forums. Your patience is appreciated as we try to provide answers to your questions and concerns as well as everyone else.
