  Hello, I am knew to this this is my fist homepage. I cannot get to my dashboard when I login I am automatically on my homepage and cannot get to the back desk so to speak.
  How do I get there?

  If you are logged in to WordPress.com clicking on “My Sites” at the top left should do it..
