Hi there,
Once logged in, you can click on My Sites and the dashboard is there.
You can also access the WP Admin dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your URL like so:
https://richdegivesays.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Yes, a lot of people follow stats. It helps them understand important information about their site. More information on stats:
