  Let me say straight away that I am a complete novice, and already feel like I am in way over my head! I have two sites, one called blackheathtrust, the other called shabbygolfer. I have been administering them both using their dashboards, but suddenly I cannot get to the dashboard for shabbygolfer (blackheathtrust remains working perfectly). I have tried using the bookmark I had used previously but that sends me straight to the site, and I can’t even access it by typing the full url into the address box. Due to my inexperience I have recently put this site live although it remains unfinished, so I do want to get back to it urgently.
  Please help my recovery and explain what I have done, someone.

  We have noticed that your sites both of them are self hosted sites, your best way to get help is https://wordpress.org/support/
