  Hi, I just started my new blog kaylashowndean.wordpress.com. I want to import files from my old blog into my new blog. However, in my new blog (kaylashowndean.wordpress.com), I cannot access my dashboard. There are no tools or admin options available. Can you help me please?

  Hi, @kaylashowndean,

  First of all, be sure you are logged into the correct account. That is often the problem. :)

  If you are logged into the correct account:
  add /wp-admin to the end of your site url.
  Example:
  wordpress.com/wp-admin

  That should work.
