  Most often when I open existing post to edit on dashboard it is blank. The word count shows correct number but there’s nothing on the page. Also on my website it says the comments are closed where as from the dashboard settings for screen options I did tick comments. Can I get the solution for both the situation?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi torres126,

  The site is mumsavvy.com. I believed there would be some specific settings to turn on the comments via dashboard hence didn’t mention the site name.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
