I have loaded wordpress and it does not seem to have the ‘dashboard’ on it. I looked around and found ‘dashboard’ when i click on dashbord I get this message
‘Your connection is not secure
The owner of en.support.files.wordpress.com has configured their web site improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this web site.

I am unable to start building my website even though ‘Wordprees’ says 100% loaded. I am using Firefox as a browswer. I tried ‘Edge’ still the same problem. A friend of mine loaded the wordpress website I am working on from his compueter and comes up with the same message. Can anyone help me?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have checked your site: keighleyhypnotherapy.wordpress.com on the latest version of Firefox browser and It seems to be loading fine at my end see the screenshot https://snag.gy/tTomwM.jpg. Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the browsers and retest the issue.
If the issue still persists please share us a screenshot of it so we can guide you in the right direction.

Hello there, it would also be helpful to know exactly what link you clicked on when you received that security message keeping in mind that all webpages/site here on WordPressdotcom are served over HTTPS. Thanks.

There is also a possibility of getting an error ‘Your connection is not secure’ when the Firewall in your computer is off.
You can try Turning ‘on’ the system Firewall and then try to access the website.
All the websites in WordPress.com are served with HTTPS and connections are always secure.Hope this helps and any luck with this, Please let us know.
