Hi there!
What’s the URL of the site you’re trying to access? If it’s about susanmasuku1234.wordpress.com, you’ll go to WordPress.com and, after logging in, click on My Site.
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:

There are a few different ways to manage your site at WordPress.com. Most people now use “My Sites” and the Block editor. If you wish to use the “old” dashboard though you currently still can. It should be at https://susanmasuku1234.wordpress.com/wp-admin

@themagicrobot – too quick for me. :)

Hi. I am able to log in on my susanmasuku1234.wordpress.com, and I am on My Site but no dashboard option. Maybe this might help, for example I do not have an ‘Appearance’ instead I have ‘Designs’. Am I using a different version to everyone? what am I doing wrong?

@susanuct, I think you might be looking at tutorials about WordPress.org. To clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites. Whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
I hope that helps :)
To learn how to use our platform, I recommend having a look at this page: https://wordpress.com/learn/
