  I cannot see my dashboard options, for example, appearance, plugins, etc.

  Hi there,

  Would you mind sharing your site URL? It might help me better assist you.

  The Dashboard (wp-admin) is the first screen you see when you log into the administration area of your blog.

  You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin).

  my URL is
  https://usmaniyays.com/
  but it still is not working by adding /wp-admin to the end of my site URL

  This link worked for me: https://usmaniyays.com/wp-login.php

  I got a log in window.

  Although I did notice that you are using the self hosted version of WordPress. This forum can only help with the WordPress.com sites.
