  I cannot access the dashboard and have already followed all of the trouble shooting steps that were recommended. Even though I do pay for my services, I keep receiving the message that paid support is only for paid plans. I do pay and have been paying every year since 2020. I will have to shut down my site if I cannot prepare use it as

  Just as 4 years ago – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/renewal-468/ – you are simply logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current loribrownacu680a33a4ef and log in again as loribrownacu. Et voila problem solved!

  To avoid any confusion in the future, close this loribrownacu680a33a4ef account.
