Dashboard

When I sign in there’s no grey bar at the top for access to the dashboard. IF I go to the support page and type in “Dashboard”, and then follow that link, THAT page HAS the grey bar at top where I can access it. Kinda screwy… What’s going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Sorry you’re having this trouble.
If possible, send me a screenshot of the screen with the missing grey bar, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:
Just let me know when there’s something I should take a look at.
Could you also log into your site using another browser: Google Chrome. Let me know if this changes the issue for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Hello there!
Thanks for that image. You’re actually seeing what the developers intended you to see. To navigate to your Dashboard:
- Click My Sites
- When you see the list of your sites, click the little cog in the right hand corner of the site you want to manage.
- Click Go to Admin Dashboard.
That will do the trick.
If you want the short cut to your Dashboard, you can click the link below:
https://epmonroe.wordpress.com/wp-adminYou can simply bookmark that link, if you’d like.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
