dashboard

    Im new to wordpress and have chosen a theme. I am becoming familiar with the adding of pages and theme selection. When I check out google everyone is happily using the dashboard a functional looking device…grey to the left. I dont see that am I missing something? Also, is there a difference in ease of use between premium and free?
