Dashboard access?

I am a web designer and I have recently moved to a new country but I have clients from the US that use WordPress. I seem to have an issue. Once I log into to the clients admin account and make a correction on the site, the dashboard gets stuck on that page and will no longer allow me to access any other page or option in the dashboard. The screen turns to text only an if I scroll down the text starts to overlap itself. I have gotten around this by accessing the cilent’s site from another browser however, once I make a change, WordPress locks me out again. I cleared the cookies and history out of the computer and the browsers but still no fix. There is no error on the page to explain what is happening. Please advise.
