Dashboard access

  Why does WordPress dashboard page now require login with email address or username? Access is no longer available through ‘My Site’ link that used to appear at top left of site.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  @datelinecolombo – If you have the “My Site” link, that means you’re already logged into your WordPress.com account. You must be logged into your account in order to access that dashboard, so if you’re being prompted to log in that means your login had expired.
