Dashboard access issue

  When i try and press on the ‘wp admin’, to access the dashboard i have a error message that appears. This has come up on every device that i have tried to access it on. How do i fix this or is there any other way i can access the dashboard.
  I was told to ask on the .org website but the problem is on wordpress.com so i’m not sure what to do.
