Dashboard access not accessible anymore

Hi all, I have discussed with the french wordpress support and they adviced me to take contact with the english community for this issu. Since the beginning of this year, I am able to connect to my wordpress account however it is not possible anymore to the dashboard of my blog. Normally, there is a direct access on the top left of the screen but now, it has disapeared. Did any one has already seen this issu? Could somebody give me some advice in order to be able to get access to the dashboard of my blog?

It is difficult to explain my issue. It is like the whole history of my wordpress account has been deleted. My blog, the list of favorite blogs,… have been deleted. Thanks for your support.

I see that you changed your theme about 7 months ago. Each theme is unique in how it displays the details of your site.
You can see your posts by clicking on My Sites > Posts
Pages by going to My Sites > Pages
When checking the site in the browser there’s an archives widget at the very bottom of the screen with older posts.
Widgets can be added via My Sites > Customize > Widgets.
If this does not help please provide me more specific information about what is missing including links.

Hi, is it possible to send you a screen shoot? I think, it could help the description of my issue. I can understand that my explanation could be chaotic because, I don’t understand what is happening. So, it is difficult to find the right words in order to provide a clear explanation of my issue.
I had 2 blogs :
First one, https://lamaisondorelon.wordpress.com/
And the second one, https://renovlabsite.wordpress.com/ (==> this one was just a test. When I have realized that every thing has been deleted, I have created quickly this blog in order to check if I can work again with my wordpress account)It is impossible to change the theme because I have no access anymore to the first blog (https://lamaisondorelon.wordpress.com/)
Since beginning of the year, I had lost the whole history of my blogs, favorite blogs, pictures,… It is like the whole content of my wordpress account has been deleted.Please, let me sending you this screen shot. Maybe it could be clearier.

When I click on “personnalized” in order to modify the theme, please, see bellow the link.
I did not register my modification. I don’t want to do modification without advice from your side because I think it will create a more unclear situation.

The site you mention, lamaisondorelon.wordpress.com, is owned by a different user account. You need to sign in to a different account in order to access it.
I have sent an email to the email address on the correct account to help you locate the credentials needed. Please sign in to WordPress.com with that email address and click on My Sites to access lamaisondorelon.wordpress.com.
