Dashboard and blog not loading

  I can’t access my dashboard, not on mobile or desktop. I am logged in into WordPress, but when I go to wp-admin it says that the page is unavailable, I tried reloading but nothing happens, the blog address is also unavailable. This is a WordPress.com blog, it’s not self-hosted or anything – why is this happening?
  Please help me.

  Hi there. I can view your blog just fine, so the problem might lie with your browser. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also check if you have the same problem in a different browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Additionally, try resetting your modem/router, in case something is wrong with your connection itself.

  Let me know what happens.

  I already did, and it works now. I don’t know what the problem was, but I think clearing the cache solved it. Also, I wasn’t aware that I managed to post the question, because when I clicked send, the page went dead.

  Most likely a cached file just became corrupt or a cookie expired. It happens, which is why clearing the cache and cookies is usually the first step when troubleshooting something on the internet.
