Dashboard and "Edit Post" screen

    Why is my “edit post” page not showing up right? The content I’ve typed isn’t appearing, and the menus are illegible. Help!

    One minute it looks like it’s fine, but as soon as it automatically saves it goes back to the messed-up version. I can’t do anything and am very frustrated!

    Hey Jessica!

    If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

    Just let me know when there’s something I should take a look at!

    In the meantime, you could also edit your post in the Classic editor. I don’t want your hands tied if you need to publish asap.

    Hi, Robyn! Thank you so much for getting back with me! It’s been a very frustrating week.

    I’ve loaded three screen shots into my media files. The first one I loaded it what it was doing this morning – it was *almost* right, but as you’ll see, not quite. The other two were what I have been getting all this week. But I just refreshed the page and it seems okay……which is exactly why it has been so frustrating. One minute it seems all right, and then it refreshes and it a mess again.

    Do you have any ideas? I’m working in Safari, but until this week have never – in three years – had ANY problems.

    Could you confirm that you’re on the same wifi that you always use? And you’re not
    having any connectivity issues?

    The problem is a loading issue that isn’t stemming from your actual website. This is the good news, in many ways, since the health of adjustingtotheworld.com is not being impacted for your followers.

    While your issue is being solved, I wanted to make a suggestion, so you aren’t held back from publishing. You can post by email, using these instructions:

    I know that you’re working in Safari…have you yet tested other browsers to see if the same issue occurs?

    Also, can you confirm that your OS and Safari are entirely up to date? You can do so by clicking here:

    Since this is a new issue for you, and it is presenting itself as a loading issue, you may also want to check in with your internet provider, to have them test your connection.

    Hmm….very interesting! I hadn’t thought of a connectivity issue. I will look into that, although in its irritating unpredictability, it seems to be okay so far today.

    I have updated my browser and tried another browser. When it is causing problems, that doesn’t seem to make a difference.

    Thank you SO MUCH for your suggestions, and like you said – this is good news, in a way. :)

    So good to hear from you. I hope the connection issues (if any!) are cleared up, and that you’re able to see your Dashboard and Editor without trouble. I’ve experienced what your were seeing…and I agree, it’s annoying.
