Dashboard and login issues

  Any idea why this is happening?
  Here is my dashboard:

  I also maintain another site on wordpress.com and I’m not having this issue.

  I see that you have this marked as resolved? Is it working for you now? I do note that in the second pic, you have the ‘http://’ bit at the end of the URL.
