Dashboard and Reader displaying as a white page

  Hey so I can’t load up reader, Dashboard or support chat… I’ve cleared my browsing data and gone through the other steps listed to fix this problem, it’s happening on my laptop, iMac and phone so it’s not just a one device issue. Can someone help me out please?
