Dashboard and theme uploading

  Hello,
  I have a free account. does that mean i can’t upload themes? because I can’t find the dashboard, I am the only admin.

  Hi,

  Custom themes are not allowed on WordPress.com. Premium and Business users can edit the CSS of the theme they use, but they cannot upload their own themes either.
