Dashboard and website running SLOW

  My wordpress site and dashboard are both running extremely slow. It’s taking between 30-45 seconds each time I click on a different page. This started happening after I updated to 4.5.1 any idea on what I can do to speed things up?

  You are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
