Dashboard and WordPress start bar problems

    For several days now, I’ve noticed an issue across different browsers. First off, when I sign in to my WordPress, it takes me to the Freshly Pressed tab, which never loads any articles – it just shows the graphic like it’s trying to load. Secondly, the WordPress bar at the top shows notifications, but if I hover or click on the number, nothing happens so I don’t know what the notifications actually are. Thirdly, there are issues when I am composing. The “Add Images” button does nothing whatsover. I also can’t add tags. Neither the “choose from tags I’ve already used” or the manual add works. Nothing happens. And finally, this issue shows up again when I go into my Appearances and try to change my widgets. The drop down arrow that reveals the contents of my widgets does not expand. I made sure that Flash is updated, so I don’t understand why this is happening in Mozilla, Chrome and Internet Explorer.
